Job Duties
- Promote work and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mecha Noodle Bar
- provide guests a memorable experience by cultivating unique interactions tailored to their needs and wants
- follow all Mecha steps of service
- interact with guests to identify allergies or dislikes and previous visits
- be the contact and go-to for guests throughout their dining experience
- assist at expo window as needed
- maintain guests table appearance to be clean and free of clutter
- accept guest payment and process credit card charges
- check guest identification for alcohol purchase age verification
- ensure responsible alcohol service
- complete pre-open prep work
- clean and close the bar using provided checklists
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- report equipment problems to manager
- attend employee meetings and offer suggestions
- coordinate with team members to meet guests needs
- perform other assigned work-related duties
