Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to exchange currency accurately
- ability to handle tip-outs correctly
- reliable transportation
- availability to work nights and weekends
- ability to bus and pre-bus without support
- able to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- able to perform hand and wrist work including grasping, bending, twisting, and fine hand manipulation
- able to lift, carry and balance 0-25 pounds
- seldom kneel, squat or climb stairs
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs
- ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
- must have reliable transportation to and from work
- be willing to work nights and weekends
- passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred)
Job Duties
- provide the utmost customer service and experience for our guests
- know how to listen and communicate appropriately
- be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
- take care of guests the way you want to be taken care of
- work as a unit and be team oriented
- adhere to condado duties and side-work checklist standards
