Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and/or walk 8+ hours daily
- must be able to lift 25 lbs frequently
- frequent bending reaching grasping and climbing
- occasional squatting kneeling crawling and fine manipulation
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience of at least 6 months
- possess interpersonal relations skills
- professional in attitude demeanor and dress
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Ensure that Ted's standard of service is given to every guest every time
- anticipate the guests needs
- have full knowledge of the menu and be able to effectively answer guest questions
- have full knowledge of the Aloha system
- be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
- follow all guidelines policies and procedures of Ted's Cafe Escondido Restaurants
- follow the nueve steps of service at every table
