Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Capability to perform physical duties including standing for 4-8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests and handle tip-outs
- Ability to bus and pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be willing to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer preferred
Job Duties
- Provide the utmost customer service and experience for guests
- Know how to listen and communicate appropriately
- Be able to explain the menu and note guest allergies for food safety
- Take care of guests with a personalized approach
- Work as a unit and be team oriented
- Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards
