Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience minimum 6 months
- Must possess interpersonal relations skills
- Professional in attitude, demeanor, and dress
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Be punctual and reliable
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 or more hours daily
- Ability to lift 25 lbs frequently
- Available to work varied hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure that Ted's standard of service is given to every guest, every time
- Anticipate the guests needs
- Have full knowledge of the menu and be able to effectively answer guest questions
- Have full knowledge of the Aloha system
- Be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
- Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Ted's Cafe Escondido Restaurants
- Follow the nine steps of service at every table
