Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar server role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with point of sale systems
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, friendly, and personalized service to guests
- Assist in the service of all guests as a team
- Perform side work to ensure the bistro opens on time
- Perform all closing duties including side work and cleaning
- Restock and maintain supplies throughout the shift
- Accurately ring in orders and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Comply with all local and state liquor service laws
