  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work AM shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar server role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and personalized service to guests
  • Assist in the service of all guests as a team
  • Perform side work to ensure the bistro opens on time
  • Perform all closing duties including side work and cleaning
  • Restock and maintain supplies throughout the shift
  • Accurately ring in orders and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Comply with all local and state liquor service laws
