Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant server experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service

- At least 1-2 years of restaurant server experience, preferably in high-volume service
- Ability to manage a section with multiple tables while ensuring guest needs are met
- Strong communication skills for efficiently handling guest requests
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and hospitality
- Friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile for guests
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
- Basic knowledge of menu and ability to make recommendations
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Own your zone by managing multiple tables simultaneously while ensuring exceptional service and attention
- Provide unreasonable hospitality by going above and beyond to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
- Maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout their visit
- Work in coordination with runners to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery
- Ensure timely ordering and service by taking and delivering orders quickly and accurately
- Communicate with the team including kitchen, bar, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Multitask and stay organized while handling high volume of tables, keeping track of orders and guest needs
- Up-sell and recommend menu items, specials, and drinks to enhance guest experience and drive revenue
- Provide service with a smile, leaving guests excited to return and enjoy their time
