Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous guest service/serving experience preferred
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
- Flexible schedule helpful
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required

Job Duties
- Maintaining proper dining experience
- delivering items
- fulfilling customer needs
- offering desserts and drinks
- removing courses
- replenishing utensils
- refilling glasses
- Staying updated on current menu choices
- specialties and menu deviations
- knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items
- Handle the table bookings
- direct customers to their tables
- presenting menus
- suggesting dishes
- assisting in drink selection
- informing customers about food preparation details
- communicating specific and accurate customer needs to the cooks
- Prepares the tables
- laying out napkins and utensils
- making sure the condiments are refilled
- performing other various preparation tasks
- Prepare drinks for service to your customers table
- Obtaining revenues
- issuing receipts
- accepting payments
- returning the change
- Filling in for absent staff as needed
- Assisting with special events as needed
- Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Understands and can communicate products and services available at the restaurant
- Must have some familiarity with basic cooking skills
- Follow all policies and procedures of MH Restaurants
- Attend all mandatory meetings as directed
- Perform other tasks, including cross-training as directed
- Maintain dress code and uniform standard
- Complete required training assigned through the company training portal
- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the MH Restaurants group brand
- Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
