Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to be on feet for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and team spirit
- Experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to player visits
- Take food and beverage orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Maintain a strong presence on the service line and assist fellow Playmakers
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
