This full-time Server position, based in Newport Beach, CA, within the Lobby Lounge of an Autograph Collection property, embodies Marriott International's dedication to exemplary guest service. The role offers an hourly wage of $16.90 and includes eligibility for tips and service charge compensation. As a Server, you will be responsible for presenting and serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests professionally and courteously. Your duties include setting tables in line with event types and service standards, answering menu-related questions, and collaborating closely with kitchen staff to communicate any special requests such as dietary restrictions, allergies, and meal modifications. Accurate transaction recording using the MICROS system, guest satisfaction checks, maintaining clean work areas, and completing closing tasks are integral parts of your daily responsibilities.
