Delaware North is currently seeking dedicated seasonal Servers to join their team at Grant Grove, one of the park’s prime dining venues. This role is pivotal in representing the restaurant and delivering excellent service that keeps guests returning. The position is a tipped role with a base hourly pay rate of $16.90, excluding tips earned during service. Servers at Delaware North are expected to uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring each guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.

The role entails greeting and attending to guests, providing detailed information about menus and specials, and responsibly serving alcoholic beverages following all policies and procedures. Servers also manage order taking and processing payments using point-of-sale systems and collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include performing opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
