Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced restaurant service role
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must comply with all food safety and alcohol service laws

- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to use POS systems accurately
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for farm-to-table dining and sustainability
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient table service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- Greet guests promptly, guide them through menus, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring special requests, allergy modifications and dietary needs are communicated clearly with the kitchen and managers both verbally and through the POS system
- Provide friendly and attentive service in a timely manner while maintaining guest awareness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, including resetting tables and restocking as needed
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Communicate effectively with bar, kitchen, support staff and management to ensure smooth service
- Uphold Harvest’s brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies
- Assist with side work, opening and closing duties, and other tasks as assigned
- Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
