Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced restaurant service role
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must comply with all food safety and alcohol service laws

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to use POS systems accurately

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient table service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
  • Greet guests promptly, guide them through menus, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
  • Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring special requests, allergy modifications and dietary needs are communicated clearly with the kitchen and managers both verbally and through the POS system
  • Provide friendly and attentive service in a timely manner while maintaining guest awareness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, including resetting tables and restocking as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Communicate effectively with bar, kitchen, support staff and management to ensure smooth service
  • Uphold Harvest’s brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies
  • Assist with side work, opening and closing duties, and other tasks as assigned
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
