Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend and walk for extended periods
- must be able to move, pull, push, carry or lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds regularly
- ability to climb stairs repeatedly
- ability to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects regularly
- must be able to reach items at varying heights
- must be able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb occasionally
- ability to work in cold, heat, water and with cleaning materials

- must complete state alcohol training awareness program

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in fine dining or hospitality preferred
- strong food and beverage knowledge
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- knowledge of POS systems
- familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
- ability to stay calm under pressure
- commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Report for duty on time using timeclock
- manage time including taking rests and meal breaks complying with labor law
- maintain high standards of appearance and hygiene
- adhere to health, safety, alcohol control and sanitation protocols
- know regular guests and encourage new guests to become regulars
- organize, clean and maintain all server stations
- communicate clearly with service staff and management
- prepare the floor for opening and closing shifts
- attend to guest needs throughout dining room
- run food, drinks and bus tables
- complete assigned side work pre and post shift
- attend trainings and pre-shift meetings
- have in-depth knowledge of cocktails, wine and food menus
- communicate all guest allergies to management
- understand floorplan and table positions
- support management in service and events
