Teamwork is a core value, with every Outbacker expected to contribute to a cooperative and friendly work environment. Handling transactions accurately and efficiently is also a key part of the role.

Burbank Steakhouse LP offers comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible employees, along with paid sick leave compliant with California laws. Additional company-sponsored benefits include an Employee Assistance Program, meal discounts, and different scheduling options to balance work and personal life.
