Job Requirements

  • Prior restaurant, hotel, or resort experience in a fine dining environment is highly preferred
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • must be available to work full time
  • must be able to work 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm or 3:30 pm - 12:00 am shifts
  • weekend availability required
  • ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Greet every customer and interact in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality
  • greet all team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day
  • relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
  • ensure that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place
  • lead weekly promotions and programs for guests
  • share best practices and recognize co-workers
  • demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers
  • serve as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision-making process
  • ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
  • serve food neatly and attractively per standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
