Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant, hotel, or resort experience in a fine dining environment is highly preferred
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- must be available to work full time
- must be able to work 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm or 3:30 pm - 12:00 am shifts
- weekend availability required
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Greet every customer and interact in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality
- greet all team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day
- relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
- ensure that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place
- lead weekly promotions and programs for guests
- share best practices and recognize co-workers
- demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers
- serve as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision-making process
- ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- serve food neatly and attractively per standards
- perform other duties as assigned
