Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older

Must be available to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal pickup or dining in Bistro or fine dining restaurants
Assist in packaging to-go meals for residents
Take meal orders using software on tablets
Set and clear tables, complete opening and closing side work including rolling utensils and cleaning silverware and glassware
Provide full table service to residents
Maintain close relationship with Dining Room Managers and Hosts to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations
