- prior serving or waitstaff experience is a plus
- strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- you are flexible, compassionate, and someone others can count on
- you care about creating a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience for our residents
- good communication skills with both coworkers and residents
- experience in assisted living or memory care is a bonus but if you are eager to learn and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you

Job Duties
- take care of residents’ meal requests during mealtimes, making sure they have what they need
- set up the dining room before meals and help clean up afterward
- keep the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stocked and ready for residents
- make sure there are always enough clean utensils, cups, and glasses available
- pitch in with any other tasks as needed to help the team and support our residents
