The Server role at Heritage Greens is a full-time position that plays a crucial part in delivering outstanding hospitality to residents and guests. With an hourly pay rate of $13.00, this position requires working every other weekend, providing flexibility for the associate. Servers are responsible for executing all dining service steps professionally and warmly, ensuring residents feel valued and comfortable during their dining experience. This includes greeting and escorting residents, maintaining knowledge of the daily menu to assist with requests, and ensuring the dining venues are clean and properly set up. The position demands a passion for excellence, a strong moral compass, and prior dining experience ranging from six months to a year.
