This role as a Server in the community restaurant is pivotal in delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents. The position pays between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, and is full-time. As a Server, you will not only serve meals but also foster meaningful relationships with residents, acting as a warm and attentive ambassador of the community's values. You'll be involved in greeting residents, presenting menus, making recommendations, and assisting in beverage selections, all while using advanced point-of-sale systems to ensure accurate orders. Your role also includes completing opening and closing dining room tasks, maintaining an inviting space throughout service hours.
