This position requires an individual who is not only skilled in providing table service but also embodies the warm, compassionate, and respectful approach that Parc Communities is known for. Reporting directly to the Dining Manager, the Server is responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and ensuring a comfortable and memorable dining atmosphere. Besides the core responsibilities of greeting residents, managing orders, and clearing tables, the Server must also be attentive to any concerns related to resident safety, reporting incidents as needed.

Parc Communities prioritizes a collaborative and supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to work as part of a team. The organization values neatness, proper dress code, and good personal hygiene as part of the professional standards expected from everyone. The role involves working in a dynamic environment with varying conditions, including prolonged standing and walking, and sometimes dealing with hot, humid, or noisy kitchen settings. Physical requirements include lifting and pushing up to 50 pounds and performing bending or kneeling tasks.

At Parc Communities, employees are the heart of their mission to deliver exceptional senior living experiences. The organization emphasizes purpose-driven work, comprehensive training and development programs, and a culture that promotes open communication, respect, and teamwork. Employees benefit from a competitive salary and a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and retirement plans, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and wellness programs. The company recognizes achievements through various recognition programs and offers opportunities for career advancement.

Work-life balance is highly valued, with flexible scheduling options and encouragement to prioritize personal well-being.
