The Server position at Culinary Services Group is available for both full-time and part-time employment at the Baltimore, MD location, offering a competitive hourly wage of $15.00. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that CSG is known for, by taking food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly and professionally to dining guests. The Server acts as a key interface between guests and the kitchen, ensuring a seamless dining experience through efficient order handling, excellent communication, and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols.

In this role, Servers greet customers warmly upon arrival, take their food and beverage orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations about the menu, including accommodating special dietary needs and preferences. Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and the organization of the dining area is another vital responsibility.
