The position being offered is a full-time hospitality role with a competitive hourly wage of $18. Employees will work a typical schedule of 40 hours per week, split between 3 days from 10am to 8pm and 2 days from 3pm to 8:30pm. The job responsibilities are designed to suit candidates aged 16 years or older, including those seeking after-school and weekend shifts, particularly students. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. This role places a high emphasis on excellent customer service skills, with duties including assisting residents and guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages with courtesy, clearing tables, answering menu questions, and maintaining accurate records of resident and guest charges. Additionally, employees are responsible for completing side work and all cleaning assignments to ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
