Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
- effective communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
- ability to demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas
- willingness to work 6am to 2pm shift including every other weekend
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
- prior experience in food service or senior living environment preferred
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
Job Duties
- prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
- communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
- provide friendly and attentive service to residents
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with setting up and clearing dining areas
