Job Duties
- Serve meals and buss tables with a warm, friendly, courteous, respectful and engaging demeanor
- Help team members and participate in setting up and breaking down dining room tables and wait stations prior to and following meals
- Participate in the training of new team members
- Assist with dining service for special functions, private dining events, and special guests
- Clear tables, replace linens, set tables, and ensure the dining room is clean and attractive
- Clean equipment, furniture, appliances, floors, drains, storage area, refrigerator, freezer and sinks according to schedule
- Keep the environment safe, clean, and free of clutter
- Store and retrieve residents' assistive devices during mealtimes, ensuring safety is never compromised
- Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled
- Perform other duties as assigned
