Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume environment
  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to stand and move comfortably for up to 5 hours
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift 35-50 pounds frequently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Introduce and support the QR ordering and payment system
  • Present menus and answer questions on food and beverages
  • Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently ensuring accuracy and presentation
  • Provide detailed knowledge of menu items and allergens
  • Enter orders accurately into the POS
  • Support guests in using the QR payment system and process payments promptly
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest-facing areas and workspaces
  • Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails and wine
  • Stock and maintain server stations and take-out supplies
  • Ensure all take-out orders are accurate and complete
  • Communicate with kitchen and service team on order issues
  • Keep take-out station clean and organized
  • Support fellow team members during downtime
  • Work collaboratively and offer help as needed
  • Be open to feedback and cross-training opportunities
