This role involves vigilant maintenance of guest areas, including clearing and resetting tables and managing all aspects of food and beverage service documentation and transactions.

The job demands a proactive approach towards guest satisfaction, including handling special dietary requests, addressing concerns promptly by contacting management if necessary, and promoting the company’s wine club, tasting room, and upcoming events to enhance the guest experience and drive engagement. Additionally, the Server contributes to efficient operations by performing opening and closing duties, side work such as cleaning and stocking, and ensuring all company policies and safety standards are upheld throughout the shift.

Candidates for the Server position should possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and have at least six months of serving experience within a comparable restaurant setting. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems such as OpenTable and DinerWare is advantageous. The company requires relevant certifications such as TIPS and California Food Handlers, with age restrictions aligning with legal alcohol service regulations. Fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and an ability to multitask in a demanding atmosphere are essential traits for success in this position.
