Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a server position at a full-service restaurant
- Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality
- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and guests
- Able to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English
- Excels in a team environment and viewed as a team player by all team members
- Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
- Professional understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to balance and carry trays, multiple plates, glass racks and/or glasses
- Sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure guests are comfortable and attend to their needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
