Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in serving food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect with players to understand their visit and share Topgolf offerings
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain clean and organized bay areas by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver excellent player experiences
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a welcoming environment
