Job Requirements
- Must meet state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol
- Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must be comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced restaurant and outdoor event environments
- Ability to pay attention to detail and multitask under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to three months related server experience preferred
- Must meet state and federal minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
- Current Food Handlers Card
- TIPS Certification
- Ability to understand and implement BSRG dining standards
- Competent with basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Able to maintain a positive attitude to contribute to a productive work environment
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Effective oral communication skills for interaction with guests and team members
- Attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent hospitality by knowing the resort and dining area
- Write orders and relay food and beverage requests to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages and clear tables in accordance with service etiquette
- Connect with guests throughout the dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Work as a team following direction from the Lead Server or Food & Beverage Manager
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensure accuracy and return correct change
- Check identification for legal alcohol purchase age
- Report potential safety issues or customer concerns to supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
