Job Description

Trilogy Sunstone is a premier resort-style living community located in the highly sought-after northwest Las Vegas, Nevada, near the scenic Red Rock Canyon and with swift access to the famous Las Vegas Strip. Set within the expansive Sunstone Master Plan, Trilogy Sunstone is envisioned as an amenity-rich Resort Club offering a modern lifestyle where community and luxury converge. The community emphasizes stylish, comfortable spaces designed to promote social interaction, outdoor activities, and vibrant nightlife experiences, making it an appealing destination for residents and visitors alike. This unique environment combines the charm of a welcoming neighborhood with the excitement and amenities of a top-tier resort destination.

Within this thriving community is an opportunity to join Trilogy Sunstone as a full-time Server, earning $18 per hour. Full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and life insurance starting the first month following 60 days of employment. Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues at 120 hours per year, with eligibility for seven paid holidays annually. Part-time team members qualify for paid sick leave according to state guidelines, and all team members over age 21 can participate in the company 401(k) retirement plan after 30 days of service.

The Server position is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences in the community’s restaurant, bar, and patio settings. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role requires a balance of hospitality, efficiency, and teamwork. Servers greet and serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere by sharing knowledge about the resort and its dining options. Responsibilities include taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving with etiquette, and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival through departure.

Attention to detail is vital, from verifying legal age for alcohol purchases to accurately processing transactions. The role demands flexibility to work evenings and weekends and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Personalized guest connection is prioritized, with nurses, servers, and bartenders functioning collaboratively to foster a seamless dining experience. The Server must embody Trilogy Sunstone’s BlueStar core values of honesty, integrity, respect, teamwork, and competitive spirit, actively contributing to the friendly and productive environment that defines the community.

Work is often performed indoors within the restaurant, but may extend to outdoor patios and occasional outside events, dealing with variable weather and natural landscapes. Physical demands include standing and walking for most of the shift, lifting trays up to 20 pounds, and adapting to a noisy atmosphere. The ideal candidate is highly customer-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure, and committed to continuous improvement. This role offers not only an hourly wage but the chance to become part of a vibrant community-centered team dedicated to outstanding hospitality and resort-style living.
