This particular role is for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Server position at the world-class Watercolour Grillhouse, located within the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key. The successful candidate will be passionate about both people and excellent food service, helping to create a first-class dining experience for every guest. The role involves collaborating closely with other team members to maintain a positive working environment and demonstrating deep knowledge of the menu, restaurant, hotel, and local area to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities for the Restaurant Server also include accurately taking orders, confirming special requests, upselling, ensuring food and beverage items meet quality and presentation standards before delivery, following up proactively with guests to confirm satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy workplace. This position demands strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and adherence to strict service protocols including opening, closing, and side work duties. Previous experience in high-volume and fine dining settings is preferred, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds is required.
