Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of fine dining service experience
- Passion for hospitality and strong guest interaction skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service from greeting to farewell
- Assist guests with menu selections including food and wine pairings
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, preparation, and ingredients
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service
- Manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly
