Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of fine dining service experience
  • Passion for hospitality and strong guest interaction skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage pairing
  • Understanding of food preparation terms
  • Food safety certification or equivalent knowledge
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced upscale restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service from greeting to farewell
  • Assist guests with menu selections including food and wine pairings
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, preparation, and ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service
  • Manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly
