Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- friendly and approachable demeanor

- Proven restaurant guest engagement extraordinaire
- hands-on experience in cash management

- high school diploma is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- attend to guests upon arrival
- present restaurant menus, brand concept, unique offerings and assist guests in selling the restaurant food/beverages offerings
- accurately accept, process and handle guests desires
- apply menu offering knowledge or provide guest recommendations that create guest experiential journeys
- collaborate with other team members in welcoming guests during all point of engagement
- appropriately listen and guide any guest concerns or challenges with welcoming demeanor
- facilitate payments and thank guests for visiting
