The company prides itself on its core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring, which foster a dynamic workplace culture and an exceptional guest experience.
As a Topgolf Hospitality Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding service to guests within the bay areas. Your role will involve greeting and welcoming guests warmly, providing detailed information about Topgolf’s offerings, and assisting with the setup of the bay and technology to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience. This position demands strong interpersonal and communication skills as you will be the main point of contact for guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the bays is also a key part of your duty, which includes clearing tables and handling golf balls.
In addition to direct guest engagement, the hospitality associate is responsible for handling guest inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism, contributing to a positive and memorable visit. You will be part of a team working collaboratively to uphold Topgolf's standards of safety, health regulations, and overall operational excellence. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and are passionate about creating fun, impactful experiences for guests.
This is a part-time or full-time position typically requiring availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least of legal age to serve alcohol where applicable. Experience in customer service within a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred, with a minimum of six months in full-service restaurant experience required. Topgolf offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, free mental well-being platform access, free play opportunities, and discounted food options. As a forward-thinking employer, Topgolf is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful working environment, adhering to equal opportunity and affirmative action principles in all employment practices.
