This vibrant and lively establishment captures the bold spirit and passion of the historic event while delivering an authentic Tuscan dining experience. Guests are treated to robust flavors and traditional Italian dishes crafted from scratch, such as large pizzas baked in an industrial gas-fired stone oven, along with classics like bolognese, carbonara, and lasagna. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant serving experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Willingness to follow all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in high-volume restaurant service preferred

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to customers promptly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks during high-volume service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts
