Job Requirements
- Full-time availability to work 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company systems and operational procedures
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly interaction and attentive service
- Prepare and serve classic American, Italian, and French cafe and bistro recipes according to established standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive workplace culture
- Learn and utilize Bottega Louie management systems and tools to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
