Job Duties

  • Provide dining and table services to residents in dining rooms and designated areas
  • Serve as a role model in dining service and assist training care managers
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and cleanliness
  • Assist in special events planning and execution
  • Monitor appropriate checklists supporting dining area standards
  • Handle all food and beverages following sanitary procedures and regulatory guidelines
  • Manage tabletop inventories
