We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team. In this role, you will serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring outstanding service and contributing to the financial success of the establishment. Starting wage during the probationary period is $17.13 per hour, increasing to $18.93 after 90 days, reflecting our commitment to rewarding employee performance.
As a Food Server at DoubleTree Seattle, you will be the face of the hotel’s dining experience. Your responsibilities include promptly attending to guest requests, accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked service area. You will also be expected to stay informed about menu offerings and restaurant promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations and create memorable dining experiences. Compliance with all service regulations, especially when serving alcoholic beverages, is a critical aspect of the role.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
