Job Requirements
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
- Able to handle, carry, or lift items weighing at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift for extended periods
- Capable of working under sun and heat
- Able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
- High school diploma required
- Minimum one year experience in hospitality or restaurant industry or equivalent education
- Knowledge of English language
- Basic math and computer skills
- POS experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of guests
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties
- Able to coordinate and prepare third-party delivery orders
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or restaurant industry or equivalent education
- Knowledge of English language
- Positive and engaging personality
- Basic math and computer skills including POS experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of cocktail mixing tools and techniques
- Ability to handle guests professionally with tact and diplomacy
- Skilled in reading and writing for guest inquiries
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with complaints
Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine their preferences to make recommendations and take orders
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Inform guests about menu items and specials
- Transmit allergy, dietary needs, and special requests to kitchen staff
- Maintain knowledge of product availability
- Take inventory and order supplies
- Adhere to health department rules and food safety regulations
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions ensuring accuracy
- Maintain a clean work area including trash removal and table cleaning
- Work under pressure handling large volume crowds
- Perform high-quality work unsupervised
- Coordinate and manage third-party delivery orders
- Fill in for absent staff as needed
- Report directly to the Food & Beverage supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
