Job Requirements

  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
  • Able to handle, carry, or lift items weighing at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift for extended periods
  • Capable of working under sun and heat
  • Able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum one year experience in hospitality or restaurant industry or equivalent education
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • POS experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of guests
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to perform cleaning duties
  • Able to coordinate and prepare third-party delivery orders

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or restaurant industry or equivalent education
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Positive and engaging personality
  • Basic math and computer skills including POS experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong task and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of cocktail mixing tools and techniques
  • Ability to handle guests professionally with tact and diplomacy
  • Skilled in reading and writing for guest inquiries
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with complaints

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine their preferences to make recommendations and take orders
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
  • Inform guests about menu items and specials
  • Transmit allergy, dietary needs, and special requests to kitchen staff
  • Maintain knowledge of product availability
  • Take inventory and order supplies
  • Adhere to health department rules and food safety regulations
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain a clean work area including trash removal and table cleaning
  • Work under pressure handling large volume crowds
  • Perform high-quality work unsupervised
  • Coordinate and manage third-party delivery orders
  • Fill in for absent staff as needed
  • Report directly to the Food & Beverage supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned
