Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency or higher
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls
- Must pass criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or senior care helpful
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to work well with elderly residents
- Basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present and engage with residents in the dining room
- Prepare tables and meals for service
- Roll silverware and set up dining areas
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Respond to resident needs promptly
