Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Must have a minimum eighth-grade proficiency in English
Must have a positive and energetic attitude
Must be physically active to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
Must be able to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to assist residents with mobility, including sitting, standing, and walking
Must pass criminal background check

Job Qualifications

At least 16 years of age
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English at an eighth-grade level
Positive and energetic attitude
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist residents with mobility
Criminal background clearance

Job Duties

Greet residents and make them feel welcome
Be present in the dining room to mingle and entertain
Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking when needed
Support residents after a fall if necessary
Foster a positive and engaging dining environment
