The role of Server at The Summit Senior Living located in Little Rock, Arkansas, offers a part-time opportunity with a competitive starting wage of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Job Requirements

  • At least sixteen (18) years of age
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
  • Ability to frequently lift and or move items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance
  • Must be criminally cleared

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least sixteen (18) years of age
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade level
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a love for working with residents
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods during shifts
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to assist residents with mobility and provide support after falls
  • Must pass criminal background clearance

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining area
  • Be present and engage with residents to foster a friendly and social environment
  • Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware ready for meal service
  • Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain cleanliness in dining spaces
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and aid after falls
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds as required
  • Uphold a positive and energetic attitude while interacting with residents
