The role of Server at The Summit Senior Living located in Little Rock, Arkansas, offers a part-time opportunity with a competitive starting wage of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Job Requirements
- At least sixteen (18) years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance
- Must be criminally cleared
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen (18) years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude with a love for working with residents
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods during shifts
- Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to assist residents with mobility and provide support after falls
- Must pass criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining area
- Be present and engage with residents to foster a friendly and social environment
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware ready for meal service
- Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain cleanliness in dining spaces
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and aid after falls
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds as required
- Uphold a positive and energetic attitude while interacting with residents
