Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency level
- Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude
- Be physically active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- Frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
- Pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to assist residents with mobility
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room to mingle and entertain residents
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
- Foster an environment where residents can connect during meals
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude toward residents
