Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at eighth-grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall
- Must be criminally cleared
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at eighth-grade proficiency or higher
- Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with senior residents
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and post-fall support
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and move extensively during shifts
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room to mingle, entertain and foster resident connections
- Prepare tables, salads, and silverware to ensure successful meal service
- Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop as required throughout the shift
- Frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
