Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall support
- Must be criminally cleared
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room
- Mingle and entertain residents fostering a friendly and engaging environment
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Buss tables and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking during dining
- Support residents after a fall and ensure their safety
- Maintain presence and alertness during shifts to promptly meet resident needs
