Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
Positive and energetic attitude
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day
Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and post-fall support
Criminal background clearance

Job Duties

Greet residents and make them feel welcome
Be present in the dining room to mingle, entertain, and foster connections
Prep tables for service and prepare salads
Roll silverware and assist with table setup
Buss tables and maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors
Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall support
Ensure a tidy and organized dining area
