We are currently hiring for the position of dine-in Food and Beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters. This role is essential to our restaurant’s mission to provide an individualized and exceptional guest experience. As core members of our team, servers act as the face of the restaurant by greeting guests with warmth, taking and delivering orders accurately, and anticipating guest needs to ensure satisfaction at every stage of their visit. Candidates will be trained on all key facets of the role, including menu knowledge, order processing, and proper sanitation practices, emphasizing our commitment to developing internal talent. Job Requirements

  • previous experience is not required
  • must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • have a current food handler’s card where applicable, or we will help you obtain
  • excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Qualifications

  • All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience
  • Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette

Job Duties

  • The dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitress or Waiters are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant
  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
  • Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions
  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
