The part-time Server/Dietary Aide role at Dickson Hollow presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about creating quality dining experiences for older adults. Scheduled for early evening shifts from 4 pm to 7 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other weekend, with opportunities to pick up additional hours, this position offers flexibility and competitive compensation ranging from $16.30 to $18.22 per hour based on experience. This role centers on assisting with meal preparation, dining room setup, and providing attentive meal service, all while adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulations. The Server/Dietary Aide will play a crucial role in ensuring that every meal service is delivered with care and professionalism, contributing significantly to the residents' quality of life.
