Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Learn the menu top to bottom and inside and out
  • Answer questions, describe and recommend items, and help guests find new and old favorites
  • Protect guests by accurately ordering, checking and then serving items
  • Practice responsible alcohol service at all times
  • Run food and drinks, bus and sanitize tables, and greet guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience
