Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Strong customer service orientation
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Learn the menu top to bottom and inside and out
Answer questions, describe and recommend items, and help guests find new and old favorites
Protect guests by accurately ordering, checking and then serving items
Practice responsible alcohol service at all times
Run food and drinks, bus and sanitize tables, and greet guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience
