Job Requirements

  • No formal education required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to obtain Gaming License if applicable
  • Ability to obtain ABLE Liquor License
  • Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming License if applicable
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
  • Assist with menu recommendations and upselling of specials or additional items
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
